As a Leasing & Maintenance Director, Jay Wu is dynamic, energetic, and highly experienced in
both residential and commercial property management with solid history of success in leasing
analysis, project coordination, tenant retention through renewals, and assistance in account
collections.

Jay is also professional in revamping processes to enhance operation quality and
effectiveness, aligning with the strategic goals and support future growth. Jay also has talent for
cultivating and supporting tenant relationships, leading to high occupancy rates, minimal
turnover, and renewal of long-term leases. Jay is fluent in English, Mandarin, Spanish, and Taiwanese.
Anthony Duarte
Anthony Duarte is a highly experienced and dynamic property manager with a long-standing history of managing both residential and commercial properties. He has a strong track record in overseeing all aspects of property management, including building maintenance, leasing analysis, tenant retention, and project coordination. Anthony’s expertise extends to ensuring properties are well-maintained, efficiently operated, and compliant with all regulations, ensuring both tenant satisfaction and asset value preservation.
Anthony is adept at streamlining building maintenance processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term property performance. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Anthony effectively communicates with diverse tenants and vendors, ensuring clear expectations and timely resolutions for any property-related concerns.
Sean Li
Sean has been enthusiastic with numbers since he was little. As a Financial Analyst, Sean is specialized in financial instrument analysis, asset & company valuation, accounting, risk management and portfolio management. Sean is also skilled in marketing and programming, which has helped create added value for investment properties for our clients.
One of Sean’s hobbies includes playing soccer, and he has been very active on it. Sean is fluent in Mandarin and English.
